Job Summary
">We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing hydraulic systems for large mining products.
">About the Role
">This is a challenging position that requires concept development, component/system design, supplier collaboration, and supporting builds/testing at site. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in hydraulic systems/components and proficiency in Creo and understanding of hydraulic schematics.
">- Design hose/tube & mounting bracket in Creo.
- Place hydraulic components, route, and integrate systems.
- Interpret and troubleshoot hydraulic schematics.
- Support prototype/pilot builds and on-machine tests.
- Validate hydraulic components & perform design calculations.
- Analyze bolted joints and perform FEA (Creo Simulate or equivalent).
- Apply APQP, GD&T, and BOM management.
- Collaborate with global teams and suppliers, support NPI and aftermarket.
Requirements
">- Strong hands-on experience in hydraulic systems/components.
- Proficiency in Creo and understanding of hydraulic schematics.
- Knowledge of material properties, hose fittings, and manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
