Expert Hydraulic Systems Engineer Sought

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with hands-on experience in designing and optimizing hydraulic circuits for drilling attachments, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize hydraulic systems for mining and construction equipment.
  • Prepare and interpret technical documentation, including hydraulic schematics and BOMs.
  • Commission hydraulic systems at client sites, including pressure tuning and control calibration.
  • Diagnose faults in hydraulic systems using test equipment and software tools.
  • Overhaul and maintain components such as cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and system integration.
  • Ensure adherence to hydraulic system safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to field technicians and service teams.
  • Conduct failure analysis and prepare root cause reports for performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hydraulic circuit design and simulation
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic drifters, rock drills, and hydraulic motors
  • Knowledge of major hydraulic brands (Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Danfoss, Eaton, Hydac)
  • Familiarity with electro-hydraulic systems, joystick controls, and CANBUS integration
  • Strong command over AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and hydraulic simulation tools
  • Field experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system tuning
  • Working knowledge of PLC, HMI integration, and fault diagnostics
