We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead high performance campaigns for our clients at The Bombay Digital Company.

**Job Summary:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing strategies and executing high-performing campaigns across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive strong ROI, efficient CAC, and ROAS across all digital channels.
  • Develop and manage cutting-edge media plans for new clients and optimize existing client ad accounts to ensure consistent performance.
  • Design and implement innovative prospecting and retargeting campaigns using lookalike and remarketing strategies.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with clients to showcase campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate budgets and campaign metrics across all digital platforms to maximize return on investment.
  • Work closely with the management team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, provide feedback, and present campaign results.
  • Create high-performing ads on Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Truecaller, Outbrain, Taboola, and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement tracking pixels for new clients, manage pixel performance for existing clients, and set up analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients to meet their CAC and ROAS requirements within specified timelines.
  • Maintain detailed ad performance sheets for each client in separate Excel spreadsheets.
  • Leverage expertise in lead generation, traffic, conversion, and app download campaigns to drive business growth.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance-driven strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with multiple ad platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
