In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for performing in-depth reviews of mortgage loan files, including credit, capacity, capital, and collateral documents.   • Perform thorough reviews of mortgage loan files, including credit reports, pay stubs, bank statements, and other relevant documents.
  • Analyze data and identify potential risks related to customer information, income, assets, property, and all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Make recommendations to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as agency guidelines and overlays.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 3-6 years of experience in US residential mortgage processing and underwriting.
  • Working knowledge of Agency/Conventional loan underwriting for primary residences (purchase and refinance).
  • A degree in commerce, finance, or management.
