Senior Logistics Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Leader to lead, scale, and transform our India operations.

  • This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability, overseeing freight forwarding (air and sea), warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and project logistics.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial skills, sector expertise, and proven multi-location leadership.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • 12–15 years of leadership experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, or integrated logistics in India.
  • Strong exposure to chemical logistics / regulated supply chains (pharma, auto, defense, DG preferred).
  • Proven P&L management and experience scaling operations nationally.
  • Deep understanding of customs, bonded warehousing, and multimodal transport.
  • Track record of leading large, multi-location teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and execution focus.
