Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying process.

Your primary objective will be to understand the client's needs and preferences, and then provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

You will work closely with clients to identify their goals and vision for the future, and then educate them on the various options available to achieve those goals.

In addition, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the decision-making process, and following up to foster long-term relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong ability to convert and close sales opportunities.

You should also have a deep understanding of the local market and be able to effectively communicate your knowledge to clients.

A positive attitude, a passion for sales, and a hunger for achieving results are essential qualities for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably a graduation or MBA degree, and experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.
