Job Title: Sr. IT EDI Administration Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills in EDI administration and have experience working with electronic data interchange processes.

  • This role requires a thorough understanding of EDI standards, including X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • They will also manage onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Collaboration with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner is crucial.
  • Compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements, is essential.
  • Working closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects is key.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines, is an important aspect of this role.
  • Providing support for audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes is also required.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
