Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to develop and implement strategies for the South Asia region.

  • Develop business growth plans to expand our retail presence in South Asia.
  • Sourcing and securing prime retail locations to support expansion objectives.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key stakeholders, partners, and property owners.
  • Overseeing retail operations to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize retail performance and customer experience.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on business performance and property management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the region.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree in business or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in a fashion-focused retail environment.
  • Experience driving distribution development for South Asia business.
  • Solid understanding of retail trade and leasing development.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of operational models and cross-functional divisions.
  • Proficient numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
