
Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing partnerships and products, as well as identifying new opportunities to increase market penetration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with existing partners to achieve revenue targets in allocated regions.
- Analyze monthly stock forecasts and place new orders accordingly to ensure inventory availability.
- Negotiate pricing and costs with partners to ensure profitability.
- Explore new business opportunities with government agencies and ministries.
- Coordinate with the SCM team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct follow-ups with partners for on-time receipt of payments.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support to enhance brand image in handled countries.
- Identify and recommend new products within the existing portfolio to drive sales growth.
- Execute and monitor sales orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize costs to complement profitability targets.
Educational Qualifications:
MBA from a reputable business school, preferably with a focus on international business.
Required Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharma company, handling complex business regions.
- Well-acquainted with commercial unit processes and systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
