As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing revenue from current accounts by building strategic partnerships and nurturing key relationships.
- Lead sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, developing strong relationships, and closing deals.
- Independently manage large deal sizes of 50 L ARR.
- Coordinate with the Pre-sales team on conducting demos and POCs.
- Prepare compelling proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and ensure closure and contracting.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in outbound and direct sales, preferably in the garment industry.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions.
- Solid business development and acquisition experience.
- Strong relationship and account management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
