Digital Asset Manager

Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced individual to take ownership of our online assets and enhance our online marketing effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and refining specifications, working closely with cross-functional teams, and maintaining change logs and documentations.

They will also anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, offer strategic solutions, and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are a globally distributed team, and flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs from cross-functional teams\
• Work with the marketing team and take responsibility of maintaining our website (using WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (with our custom CMS and Contentful)\
• Share inputs to optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate all user inputs\
• Maintain change logs and documentations\
• Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and offer strategic solutions\
• Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed as per best practices\
• Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities\
• Co-ordinate, setup and maintain our marketing webinars; and offer live back-end support to panelists during the sessions\
• Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments, across time zones\

Requirements:

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, or relevant experience\
• 4+ years of front-end development experience\
• Good programming-skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs. Knowledge of PHP is a plus\
• Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards\
• Basic knowledge of SEO requirements is a plus\
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving marketing projects simultaneously\
• Able to develop ideas with the ability to focus both on details and the big picture\
• Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team\
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have an understanding of the marketing funnel\
