Job Summary

The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of Microland employees. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging and effective training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
  • Design and develop training programs based on the needs of the organization and individual employees.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality training programs that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

  • MBA/PG Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
