Billing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of invoicing processes and excellent communication skills.

  • Generate accurate invoices based on customer work orders and coordinate with the finance department for proforma invoices and taxes.
  • Record daily deposits and reconcile payments in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly overdue reports and create aging files to track outstanding invoices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating customer files, and working closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven accounting experience, preferably with US accounting processes and collections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
