Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively seeking out potential leads and new client acquisitions through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online bidding platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborating with our technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in IT sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn and other social media tools for lead generation
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and client management skills
  • Must have a basic understanding of software development technologies
  • Experience in contract negotiation, pricing, and business strategy development
  • Knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and sales pipelines
