Roles and Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in the global and domestic IT services market.
● Actively seek out potential leads and new client acquisitions through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
● Understand and analyze business and technical requirements from clients to propose relevant solutions.
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
● Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
● Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
● Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
● Identify potential partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance business opportunities.
● Drive brand positioning and visibility through networking and industry events.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in IT sales and business development.
● Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.
● Expertise in using LinkedIn and other social media tools for lead generation.
● Hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and revenue generation.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
● Strong analytical and client management skills.
● Must have a basic understanding of software development technologies.
● Experience in contract negotiation, pricing, and business strategy development.
● Knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and sales pipelines.
● Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
● Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
