Business Development Executive

Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our Business Development team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms to understand their requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective business strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and business expansion opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a night shift (US/International market exposure).
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
