Key responsibilities:

  • Researching startups, SME's and mid-size enterprises
  • Identifying new opportunities with organizations/lines of business and their key decision-makers in need of HR advisory/recruitment services
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and
  • Appointment setting for the sales team
  • Conducting market research and competition mapping
  • Establishing connections with strategic level executives (Director-HR, Head-HR) and Senior Management of the company
  • Working on lead creation by taking references from existing clients
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking around ways to strengthen the Recru.in Marketing Strategy
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Prepare prospect specific business presentations.What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Fluent English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
