Key responsibilities:
- Researching startups, SME's and mid-size enterprises
- Identifying new opportunities with organizations/lines of business and their key decision-makers in need of HR advisory/recruitment services
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and
- Appointment setting for the sales team
- Conducting market research and competition mapping
- Establishing connections with strategic level executives (Director-HR, Head-HR) and Senior Management of the company
- Working on lead creation by taking references from existing clients
- Demonstrate strategic thinking around ways to strengthen the Recru.in Marketing Strategy
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
- Prepare prospect specific business presentations.What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Fluent English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
