Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arena Sales Manager (ASM) to drive growth, expand our dealer network, and manage operations for both Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) and Dealer-Owned, Dealer-Operated (DODO) models.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Development:

  • Identify, Recruit, and Onboard New Dealers: Ensure alignment with company standards through effective onboarding and support.
  • Strengthen Relationships with Existing Dealers: Drive long-term business growth by fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing training and guidance.
  • Monitor Dealer Operations: Ensure sales targets and operational standards are met, and provide continuous support to improve dealer performance.

Network Expansion:

  • Develop COCO Outlets: Lead the development of COCO outlets in assigned regions, identifying and evaluating potential locations for new COCO outlets and ensuring seamless integration of new dealerships and company-operated outlets.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Achieve revenue growth and market expansion through effective sales strategies and execution.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Regularly assess and improve the performance of sales teams and dealership operations across both COCO outlets and dealer networks.

Operations & Customer Engagement:

  • Ensure Corporate Identity and Operational Policies: Oversee dealerships' compliance with corporate identity, operational policies, and service standards.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving complaints.
  • Oversee Financial Aspects: Ensure sustainable profitability of dealerships through effective financial management.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Plan and execute promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Organize Customer Engagement Events: Host test rides, community meets, and other events to engage with customers and promote the brand.
Requirements

Experience: 7 to 10 years in a similar role, preferably in the 2-wheeler or automotive industry.

  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent Work & Sales Targets: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
