Outreach Program Coordinator Job Overview

This is a challenging role for an Outreach Program Coordinator to join our team on-site at Mobile Health Clinics (MMUs) located in Pune.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communication, event planning, community outreach, training, and program development on a day-to-day basis.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with communities and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute events and programs that promote health awareness and education.
  • Build relationships with local communities and partners to strengthen partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide training and capacity building to staff and community members.
  • Contribute to the development of program plans, reports, and other documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public health, social sciences, or communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, program management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
