Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Community Outreach Coordinator. The position involves engaging with student communities, universities, partners, and developers to strengthen our presence and build meaningful collaborations.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in community building, stakeholder engagement, and partnership outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential partners, universities, communities, and influencers aligned with our mission.
  • Reach out via email and other platforms to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Support the Partnerships and Community team in managing outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach activities with ongoing events/programs.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and partnerships.
  • Assist in drafting outreach content such as pitches, proposals, and emails.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve engagement and visibility of our initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology, communities, and innovation programs.
  • Ability to research, network, and build meaningful connections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with specific tools is a plus.
  • Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
