About the Opportunity

This exciting role is an integral part of the credit analysis team at Talent500, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients based in Indonesia. As a Senior Corporate Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in centralizing the credit analysis function for corporate clients globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Indonesian corporate clients and conduct thorough due diligence on borrowers/ industries.
  • Oversee the end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings in accordance with the bank's credit processes and procedures, collaborating with stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Product teams, and Credit Officers/Approvers).
  • Ensure compliance with financial and non-financial covenants of facility agreements by performing covenant checks.
  • Prepare periodic sector reports and event-based stress tests of the portfolio as necessary.
  • Support onshore teams in preparing internal applications such as borrower rating reviews and credit application renewals, which involve spreadsheet preparation, liquidity analysis, cashflow projections, and conducting credit reviews and analyses on credit transactions and rating applications.
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and peer analysis for portfolio clients.
  • Handle waiver and amendment requests.
  • Audit management - Support in Internal, External audits.
  • Ability to multitask, manage changing priorities, work with high motivation and initiative, and diligently develop technical skills and industry knowledge related to the role.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with internal policies and reporting procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis gained in a bank, asset manager, or rating agency environment.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

  • Strong domain knowledge including financial statement analysis, credit analysis, industry analysis of corporates, and experience covering the Indonesia region is preferred.
  • A good understanding of loan documentation, key credit protections, knowledge about different lending products is preferred.
  • Understanding of market risk and ISDA documents is preferred/beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg/CapIQ and similar systems.

  • A proactive approach with ability to operate under urgency and prioritize work accordingly.
  • A structured and logical approach to work that exhibits strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage workloads and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong numerical skills.
  • Must possess excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English.
  • Experience: 3+ years in corporate credit analysis after post-graduation.

Qualification:

  • Post-Graduate Degree in Finance and/or Financial professional qualifications (e.g. CA, CFA, FRM)

Estimated Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The salary range is competitive, considering the location and industry standards.
