We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to fill a key role in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via telephone, providing product information, answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

This position involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth and achieve targets. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls, manage customer databases, record call details, and follow up on leads.

To succeed in this role, strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive speaking style are essential. Excellent customer service abilities with active listening skills are also required. Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software is necessary.

A basic understanding of computer systems and data entry tasks is a must. The ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude is also crucial.

While prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage, we welcome candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent. Further education or relevant training is beneficial but not mandatory.
