IT Staffing Account Growth Manager

This role requires strong relationship management, business development, and operational coordination to ensure smooth delivery and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships: onboarding, delivery, escalations.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts with new roles/skills.
- Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to meet hiring needs (TAT within 15 days).
- Ensure timely invoicing, PO renewals, and payment collections.
- Track account performance, share reports, and drive client satisfaction.
- 4-7 years' experience in account management / client servicing (preferably IT staffing/consulting).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple clients and roles.
- Good understanding of invoicing, contracts, and compliance.
- Exposure to large enterprise accounts in BFSI and IT.
- Growth-oriented role with clear KPIs and performance-based rewards.
