Renewable Energy Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient PV systems that provide safe, reliable, and green energy solutions for various applications.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with sales, business development teams, and customers to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Provide expert design and technical guidance for off-grid and on-grid PV systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure the effective operation of solar systems through installation and commissioning support.
  • Deliver training and coaching to internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Deliverables
  1. Prepare technocommercial proposals for Microgrids, Solar Pumping systems, and Solar Home Systems in coordination with the tendering team.
  2. Lead cross-functional projects to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Achieving these deliverables will require your exceptional technical skills, ability to collaborate with others, and passion for renewable energy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing PV systems.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of solar power systems and their applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
