Job Title: Renewable Energy Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Operations Specialist to lead the operation and maintenance of our solar parks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex renewable energy systems and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and finding gaps in our operations to prepare and execute action plans to meet set business targets. They will also maintain proper preventive maintenance schedules, timely closure of audits and incident reports, and real-time SCADA monitoring and fault analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and analysis of renewable energy system performance
  • Preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
  • Audit and incident reporting
  • Real-time SCADA monitoring and fault analysis
  • Team coordination and troubleshooting
  • Daily documentation and reporting
  • O&M cost optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy operations and maintenance
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of various modules and inverter types

Working Conditions:
