Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Counsellor for UK Student Visa Applications

The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, smooth documentation, and complete assistance from inquiry to visa approval.

Main Responsibilities

  • Student Support: Handle first-level counselling for UK study inquiries, explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist.
  • Application Processing: Collect and verify documents from students, submit files for document assessment, follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
  • Visa Preparation: Prepare students for CAS interviews, fill and verify UK visa forms, assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Post-Visa Support: Support students in pre-departure activities, maintain regular communication till student departs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students.
  • Knowledge of UK Study System: In-depth knowledge of UK study system, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, and financial requirements.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Counselling/Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or administration preferred.
