Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal manpower capacity on a monthly basis. Your duties will include recruitment of suitable talent within defined timeframes and budgeted resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet future business needs, focusing on employee referrals, partnerships with educational institutions, and relationships with recruitment consultants.
  • Establish a strong employer brand through various recruitment events and social media presence, enhancing the company's reputation as an attractive employer.
  • Oversee and improve the overall candidate onboarding experience, ensuring seamless transitions into new roles.
  • Manage vendors providing recruitment, background verification, and employment health check services, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Promote diversity in the workplace by developing recruiting strategies that attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Coordinate background verification, medical checks, and other related processes.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR software
