Program Manager - Strategic Product Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our strategic product development initiatives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs
  • Agile coaching and practitioner experience (Scrum, Kanban) with multiple teams
