Now, we're looking for a
high-energy, impact-driven Program Manager
to join our
CEO's Office
– the team that drives Clear's most strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Lead
    high-impact, cross-functional programs
    that shape Clear's growth.
  • Work directly with senior leadership & CEO's Office to execute strategic priorities.
  • Identify blockers, align stakeholders, and
    turn ideas into execution with speed & precision
    .
  • Drive adoption of key platforms (like CRM) and ensure measurable business impact.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly to leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years in
    Strategy, Program Management, or Operations
    (preferably in SaaS/startups).
  • Analytical & data-driven mindset
    (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong
    stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
    .
  • A
    high-ownership, get-things-done attitude
    .
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, evolving environment
    .
