Sought after Finance Professional for Treasury Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Daily Cash Flow: Ensure timely and efficient management of daily cash flows across various project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to optimize fund utilization.
  2. Capital Expenditure Management: Facilitate the issuance of Capital Expenditure Letters of Credit (Capex LCs) and manage Buyer's Credit/Supplier's Credit arrangements to support business operations.
  3. Investment and Liquidity Management: Manage surplus funds by investing in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.
  4. Loan Repayments: Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  5. Advance and Performance Bank Guarantees: Ensure proper records of advance payments and Performance Bank Guarantees (BG) received from vendors/BG issued to third parties.
  6. Inter Corporate Deposit Management: Manage Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, limit monitoring, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Treasury Accounting and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely treasury accounting entries on a daily basis, providing a clear picture of the company's financial position.
  8. Foreign Exchange Risk Management: Manage forex hedging activities and related bank documentation to minimize exchange rate risks.
  9. Compliance and Governance: Lead Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives, such as Hand-to-Hand (H2H) transactions, net banking, and automation of transactions.
  10. Bank Relationship Management: Liaise with banks on operational matters, maintain strong working relationships, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  11. Treasury MIS and Insights: Prepare monthly Treasury Management Information System (MIS) reports, including details on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.
