Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to secure funding from financial institutions and corporates through strategic financing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain an efficient Treasury Docket system, ensuring timely updates.
• Independently address lender inquiries and resolve them efficiently.
• Manage post-sanction requirements, loan documentation, and pre-disbursement conditions.
• Foster effective communication and coordination among internal departments for smooth documentation and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with banks to ensure timely receipt of interest payments and submission of periodic reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Treasury, Banking, and NBFC sector practices.
• Good understanding of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills (internal & external).
• Ability to independently handle lender queries and requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
