Job Opportunity: Oracle Flexcube Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support customization and production support for Oracle Flexcube core banking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support various Oracle Flexcube modules, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and design functional solutions for new business needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Flexcube modules and configuration to deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube efficiently.
  • Manage end-of-day/beginning-of-day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Proven experience in multiple modules, including Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury.
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integrations with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
