Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our financial services team as a Treasury Service Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, deep market intelligence, and superior relationship management skills to succeed in this challenging role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Treasury Product Sales: Drive sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • New Business Acquisition: Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Technology Adoption: Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales/CORP TREASURY RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs or financial institutions.
  • All locations considered.
