Job Description:

Manage end-to-end treasury operations for multiple project finance initiatives. Daily cash management, debt servicing, banking operations, foreign exchange management, and supporting investment activities are key responsibilities.

Optimize fund utilization, manage surplus funds, ensure timely interest and principal repayments, and maintain proper records of advance and Performance Guarantee received from Vendors/ Guarantee issued to third parties.

Lead KYC compliance for all bank accounts, drive digital initiatives (online banking, automation of transactions), and liaise with banks on operational matters.

Prepare monthly Treasury MIS, including reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA)

  • Strong academic credentials
  • 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury in mid to large organizations
  • Prior experience in Infrastructure sector is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, treasury products, and financial instruments
  • Proficient in working with multiple stakeholders and banks with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience in treasury software and SAP systems is desirable
