
Senior Business Development Manager

At Lenovo, we're looking for a sales leader to oversee our Enterprise Accounts and Sales team.
The ideal candidate needs strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in meeting sales revenue targets, developing a strong engaged team, and maintaining a delighted/engaged CXO base.
Key responsibilities include increasing participation/representation in EA, driving teams for 100% engagement with all customers for PCs, Services, and Servers, and maximizing sales and profitability in the region.
- Increase standards of customer engagement and build a sustainable business model.
- Provide training and development for the sales team on regular basis to help them address newer market challenges.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely BMS discussions with supporting data points to help management take a quick business summary view of region.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 8+ years experience in sales and/or 10+ years in people management.
- Must have a Master's degree in business or marketing field with technical background in Bachelor's degree from reputable institution.
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
