Lead CRM and Complaint System Projects with End-to-End Ownership

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic detail-driven professional to lead CRM and Complaint system projects with energy efficiency and end-to-end ownership.

This is a key position that requires a strong understanding of life insurance business processes, policy life cycle, and IT systems. The successful candidate will have hands-on knowledge of SQL queries, VAPT risk, and mitigation, as well as experience with JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.

The ideal candidate will be part of an IT team or functional department liaison who can collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement changes. They will also have a solid understanding of SDLC and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading CRM and Complaint system projects from initiation to closure
  • Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement system solutions
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
