Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate user experience projects within our dynamic digital environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design and execution of UX-focused initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide project outcomes, facilitate collaboration, and optimize results. Your exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills will ensure seamless project progress and high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years' experience managing digital or UX-focused projects, preferably in an agency or digital product environment. They will possess practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with UX design processes, research, and tools.

Apart from technical skills, excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities, as well as comfort working in a fast-paced setting, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of UX design projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and resource needs in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, reviews, and team meetings.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate between UX designers, UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.
  • Translate business and user goals into actionable project plans and workflows.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks, and quality, adjusting plans as needed for optimal delivery.
  • Ensure design processes follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Track and report project status to leadership and clients.
Requirements:
  • 2-6 years' experience managing digital or UX-focused projects.
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
  • Familiarity with UX design processes, research, and tools.
