Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices, and DevOps practices.

This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will also engage with stakeholders at all levels, prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates, and collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.

Additionally, you will drive adoption of DevOps practices, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies. A self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Agile/Scrum environments, and certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is desired.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
