Performance Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to own and drive all paid marketing efforts across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns in high-growth environments.

The Performance Marketing Director will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels. This includes planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, leading budget allocation, and tracking ROI with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

The successful candidate will build and manage a high-quality marketing funnel, ensuring consistent achievement of CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks. They will also run rapid experiments with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end performance marketing function.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead budget allocation, ROI tracking, and customer acquisition with a focus on retention.
  • Build and manage a high-quality marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  • Run rapid experiments with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing brand.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
