Drive Business Growth through Performance Marketing

This role offers an exciting chance to leverage data-driven strategies and paid campaigns on Meta and Google to drive business expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute cross-channel paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve ROI-focused results.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
