Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

Role: Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished senior social media marketing manager to lead our dynamic marketing team. As a senior social media marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing our online presence, and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

This role requires an experienced and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling, possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Research and identify key influencers, partners, and communities to foster strategic collaborations and amplify our brand presence.
  • Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform our social media strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience working on medium or large brands only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with the alcoholic beverage industry or a passion for spirits is a plus.
