The Product Leadership Role is responsible for leading a team of product managers in developing and executing the product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in managing multiple products and teams.

This role requires a high level of autonomy and discretion, with the ability to work independently and make decisions that impact user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of product managers in developing and executing the product strategy
  • Manage multiple products and teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Work closely with engineering and technology teams to define and prioritize product requirements
  • Develop and implement OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive business results
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the digital product roadmap
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing
  • 4 years of experience in product and/or experience management
  • 5 years of strategy and delivery experience in executing world-class digital products and/or experiences
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
  • 2 years of experience leading the digital product roadmap
  • Prior leadership with a top 25 omni-channel retailer
  • 2 years managing operational and/or project financial budgets
  • CSPO Certification
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience collaborating closely with senior leadership
  • Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
