Job Title: Senior AI Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Small Language Models, with expertise in conversational NLI systems, retriever frameworks, and contrastive learning methods.

The ideal candidate will also have strong critical reasoning skills, data-centric NLP/NLI system design, and a proven track record of scaling models for large-scale search systems.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and fine-tuning multilingual SLMs for agentic applications.
  • Strong background in building custom NLI and reward-scoring models for preference-based SLM training.
  • Experience in implementing active learning pipelines for NLP, Named Entity Recognition, and conversational latent intent/concepts.
  • Familiarity with architecting and enhancing conversational AI systems for dynamic adaptation and comprehension of concepts/intents.
  • Ability to drive end-to-end quality assurance through robust integration and experience testing.
  • Mentorship and guidance of engineering teams in advanced SLM and Generative AI analytics.
  • Collaboration across teams to deliver scalable solutions impacting millions of users.
