About the Role

This leadership position within our data science team will have you driving end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion data-driven decision making.

In this role, you'll demonstrate deep expertise in machine learning concepts, set technical direction, and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact data science initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Leadership: Proactively engage and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, and Executive teams.
  • Technical Depth & Thought Leadership: Demonstrate deep expertise in machine learning concepts and set technical direction.
  • Advanced Data Solutions: Architect and deliver solutions across diverse data types.
  • Innovation & Research: Foster a culture of innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques, underlying mathematics, and hands-on experience with key ML frameworks.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and inference techniques.
  • Proven experience working with distributed computing platforms for large-scale data processing and model training.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale machine learning projects end-to-end.
  • Proven track record of delivering high business impact through data science solutions.
