About this role:

We are seeking a Compliance Review Specialist to participate in and ensure the successful execution of certain compliance reviews and consulting work. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree, 3-5 years of relevant work experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analyses of clients' books and records for potential regulatory deficiencies.
  2. Draft reports, prepare documents, and summarize findings.
  3. Review clients' policies and other documents for potential regulatory issues.
  4. Assist with scoping and planning of projects.
  5. Conduct searches of electronic communications and analyze findings for regulatory and policy issues.
  6. Document search results in proprietary software.
  7. Conduct online presence and social media reviews.
  8. Draft reports for clients summarizing scope of work and findings.
  9. Work under pressure to meet client deadlines.
  10. Track progress using project management software tools.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and discretion to make independent judgments.
