Global Tax Compliance Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to analyze complex tax laws and regulations, identify areas of non-compliance, and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks.

Job Description:

The Global Tax Compliance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and preparing tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, identifying potential issues, and developing strategies to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Review of documents related to foreign remittances from an income tax and DTAA perspective.
  • Compliance with related party transactions under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
  • Implementation of changes in tax law to ensure proper compliance.
  • Transfer pricing and global tax compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of transfer pricing and global tax compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
