Estimated Salary: ₹20-25 Lacs per annum

Job Description:

The Regional Head of University Expansion role involves expanding market reach by identifying and negotiating business relationships with prospective universities. This includes making presentations to key officials, negotiating with decision makers, and closing new business deals. The incumbent will participate in tenders and stay updated on job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional organizations.

Location: Mumbai

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Regional Business Development Team.
  • Identify and sign up new universities, building market reach by locating, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Expand addressable market through new product introduction (in association with the Product Team).
  • Drive thought leadership in the product innovation cell and position our services to Government bodies.
  • Participate in tenders, apply for relevant tenders, and work towards closure.
  • Foster industry networking.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading Business Development functions (Higher Education, BFSI, Telecom etc).
  • Exposure to online education regulations and industry dynamics.
  • Leadership of a multi-locational team.
  • Language skills: English, Hindi, and one South Indian Language.
  • Strong behavioral skills, effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious target-oriented sales professional with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
