Job Title: eCommerce Marketplace Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 3 to 5 years of managing eCommerce sales
Educational Background: BTech/BCom/MBA/ other bachelor's/master's degree
Preferred Educational Institution: Reputed/pedigree institutes
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition & market trends.
- Lead the team for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization to achieve top listings.
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders within designated marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize shipments/POs and minimize stock-out time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work closely with management & seniors to forecast future performance and enhance data-driven skills.
- Manage Key Accounts, Categories, and Catalogues effectively.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the beauty and personal care sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate objectives and brand needs to all stakeholders.
- Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external partners, and inventory management expertise is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful experience in leading teams to drive marketplace channels.
