We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, including journals, trial balance, and ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
- Review and process daily financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and successful audits.
- Review financial systems and processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Implement internal controls and best practices to safeguard financial data and assets.
