Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team. This is a high-responsibility position ideal for candidates with 3–4 years of accounting experience who are ready to take ownership of end-to-end finance operations.

  • Accounting Entries: Recording and posting accounting entries in Tally software.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Performing bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Tax Compliance: Managing GST, TDS, and other tax compliance filings and payments.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintaining general ledgers and ensuring accurate reconciliations.
  • Cash Management: Overseeing cash management.
  • Payroll Processing: Handling payroll processing and salary administration.
  • Internal Financial Controls: Ensuring compliance and internal financial controls.
  • Vendor Payments: Managing vendor payments and maintaining related documentation.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for internal/external reviews.
  • Audit Support: Supporting audit processes with required documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (accounting entries, tax compliance, vendor payments).
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation systems.
  • Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
